Have activated discovery+ on my Q box expecting to be able to access in the bedroom without problem

Tried to access discovery + on second box in bedroom it asked me to set up an account and activate discovery + again. Surely anything I've got on my main box isd accessible on my second box that's the way it has always worked in the past.
