Hate Sky Glass - how can I get rid of the rubbish?

Hi.  Unfirtunately I am long past the cooling off period but detest Sky Glass.  How can I get rid of this awful product and revert to SKY Q?

Just give Sky a call and ask the question. SkyQ is still available.

But note that you need to keep paying any outstanding finance on the television hardware, and you'll probably pay more per month for the content subscription on Q.

To reject Glass entirely outside the cooling-off period and return the hardware to end finance payments  you'd need to negotiate with Sky under statutory consumer rights by claiming it's not as described / fit for purpose / of adequate quality.

If Sky agree they'll send out a Sky Q box. Remember to tell Sky if you didn't keep your Sky Q viewing card as they will presume that you did and won't dispatch one automatically.
