Think I may of been scammed. I had a call offering me new sim cards due to customer complaints. Stating 45% sky tv discount. Help please

In particular note the only legitimate returns address for unexpected deliveries, and beware of further contact from the scammers giving different information.

That's always a scam (and absolutely not a call from Sky)

If you gave the caller enough information, their next step is typically to order expensive handsets from Sky Mobile for delivery to you, which they will then attempt to intercept or have you 'send back' to a bogus address while pretending that this is a legitimate Sky returns mechanism.
