Hard disk fault on sky Q. Reset as per online instructions, still very flaky and does not always pl

Hard disk problem on sky Q box, would not play recordings, allow new recording or do live pause.

 

reset as per online instructions, but is still not working properly as I cannot even watch some tv programs.

@Paul067  If it's not working after following the instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages  there is an option to order a replacement box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
