Had probs with sky internet yesterday - ‘open reach issue at exchange’ but was fixed and everyth wan

Had issues with sky internet yesterday 'open reach issue at exchange' which was resolved- everything was working fine yesterday mobile/internet tvs etc but this morning minibus in kitchen can't connect - error code MR 102. Done all the reset unplug etc numerous times no joy - any advice ?

@Acmcm1 you say you have done all the resets etc but when you did the restets did you 

reboot your main Q box first  then when that is fully up and running  reboot the mini box by turning them off at the plug for 30 seconds
