Had arranged to return minibox but have resubscribed to multi room

Need help - we moved in Dec 2023 and in late summer 2025 I realised we were still paying for multi room even though the box was still packed up!

Cancelled multi room and was asked to return mini box by start December. I hadn't realised that not long after, my husband set up the tv on our bedroom and so I contacted Sky and re set up our multi room subscription however I'm still getting messages to return the equipment - what do I do?

You need to speak directly to Sky.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
