Had a power cut, now sky q mini box does not work. Have turned on and off inc router, still not work

Error code mr102, took out power cable and sky hdmi, also turned router off for a minute. 
the mini box powers up, says it is trying to join network then blue screen appears saying problem joining network- stating 3 questions to help "is this first time setting up" however, it is frozen on this screen, can't choose yes or no
