Had a2treabyte q box put in with 3mini boxes . The theee mini boxes have worked independently withou the main box being switched on. Now only 2 will work

hi @Caz331 

You can use a maximum of 2 minis at the same time for SKY content - Satellite/Recordings-although you can have up to 4 on the account

You may be able to use more at the same time if the first ones in use are only being used for Streaming apps such as Netflix or Disney+

3 mini boxes will not work concurrently.  (Other than the app exception described)
