Had Sky’Q installed a week ago. The mini box in the lounge is not working.

Had Sky Q installed a week ago. There is a mini box in the lounge which hasn't worked since the visit. The engineers had some connectivity issues when they were here. I have a booster in the kitchen which has sorted the issue they had with that mini box and I think I need a booster in the lounge for that mini box. The Sky Q box is in a room between the lounge and the kitchen but there are some thick walls in the property.
