HDR upgrade- my sky Q 2TB keeps going into standby

Easiest way is to ring Sky. 2Tb boxes are thin on the ground and have been for a while. 1Tb is the standard now. If you want an HDR-capable 2Tb box you'll need to specifically request it and will probably have to pay an upgrade fee which varies from £50-£100 depending on who you speak to. 

You need to carefully check whatever box you are supplied with - it's common for Sky advisers to have no clue what HDR is and their hardware stock control is pretty woeful so if you do end up being sent one, make sure you get what you are paying for.
