Got sky max but won’t let me watch discovery of witches keeps asking me to upgrade my package
Asking me to upgrade my package to watch discovery of witches when I have sky max already also can't login to discovery + on my iPhone keeps coming up page not available

Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble. When the bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox.

@Aria is this to download or watch on live TV ?
are you a new customer recently ?
if you are trying to download then Sky signature comes with Boxsets.in SD as standard you may be trying to download the programme in HD
The default download setting is HD so try changing the format to download in SD
you can change the default to SD by Pressing Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
If it's live TV are you maybe trying to watch the HD version of the channel without the HD subscription
with the discovery + issue
Try the following
Follow the instructions you see onscreen when launching the Discovery+ app on your Q box
Select log in
You'll be taken to the screen with the activation code and a new URL link for Discovery which is https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/link you need to do this part on your mobile, tablet, laptop etc
Log on to your Discovery+ account
Enter the activation code - this will activate your Sky Q box/Sky Glass

Hi @Aria I would guess that you don't have a Sky HD subscription and you are trying to watch in HD. If this is the case then try SD. Change your default download format to SD.

l just changed the format to HD from UHD and it worked
