Got no hub with my new box

I've gone over to sky with great regret through my experiences with them installed Thursday 21march but with no hub so no internet what a joke I've had so much stress with this company.. why install my tv with no hub box supplied .. ?? Apparently wasn't sent to me so now got no internet until Monday Tuesday ..

You have posted here in the Sky Q forum somif you have had a Q box metalled then you do not need an internet connection to watch or record live TV. You do need it for catchup and to access other services like Netflix.
