Does the red led above the SKY Logo button light when you press the ?  key ?

If not perhaps try a different set of batteries

 

If it does then then may I suggest you try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

Hi @Thewilt 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Then try  completly resetting your remote

@Janegrant47 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions 

then

rebooting the mini box
