hi @Monkeyboy44

Have you made any significant changes today ?

As from today Netflix charges change for anyone who do make key subscription changes.

For anyone starting or making such changes there is a new separate Netflix boost to Standard add on rather than via the SKY HD add on

 hi @Monkeyboy44

If you haven't made any changes then you should still have Netflix Standard

I don't think the 'Boost to Netflix Standard'  is being applied automatically

this may be a red herring - what is the error you are getting ?

hi @Monkeyboy44

That doesn't sound like a subscription problem but just a box / access problem.

Have you tried a full power down restart of both mini & main boxes ?

You might need to do the shenanigans in the "netflix gets stuck on a spinning icon" thread.

best solution so far is accessing netflix on your phone or PC and going to "manage access and devices" and signing OUT the sky boxes. Then try again.
