I'm trying to send back my sky Q boxes, but the scanning code you have provided for me are not scanning at the post office. I have been trying to phone you help I need another scanning code

@Amanda+youell You're not talking to Sky Customer services. you can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband and see if they will work.

Remember to keep your proof of posting.
