Re: Anyone having this problem with HD GOLD
There are no +1 channels on Glass or Stream. So I assume you have Sky Q which is a totally different method of delivery (via satellite rather than broadband).

Re: Gold+1
I've not noticed it myself as I haven't been watching that channel, but I have seen some comments about the UKTV channels including Gold dropping out and going blank today on all platforms, so it may be related to that.

Re: Anyone having this problem with HD GOLD
@Annabel+L Your post has been moved from a thread you added to in the Glass section as Glass/Stream has no +1 channels so is not relevant to that particular platform.
Your duplicate thread has also been removed.

Re: Gold HD briefly loosing signal 18/07
Gold is part of the UKTV group (not Sky) and their channels have been having intermittent issues for a few days.

Same here. Must be a UKTV problem.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

Re: Gold HD briefly loosing signal
@NDG+1
A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.
If a message displays “no satellite signal” it relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.
If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Remember, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Re: Gold HD briefly loosing signal 18/07
Thank you for the update, interesting that Gold +1 works fine and there does not appear to be any other channels that are not working.
