now on all programmes I try to watch

Are you accessing the internet via VPN? If so, this could be hiding the fact that you are in the UK & hence won't let you stream anything. Or are you trying to access P+ on a tablet or laptop while on holiday outside the UK?

No I'm watching on sky q at home

i rebooted my secondary box and it went away

p+ has an awful interface especially if you want to FF or rewind 

message was inaccurate and unhelpful usually services blame your internet connection first In this case that would have been more helpful as this message looks like a subscription issue
