Getting Midlands today instead of east Midlands today. Why has this changed and how can I change it back?

Not sure which other posts you've seen but your region is based on your postcode. Sometimes if there's an issue at a studio for live news bulletins (fire alarm usually) they change it to another areas news rather than you watching a blank screen showing an announcement.

I was looking at replies from last year. East Midlands today was there waiting at the end of the national news but I got the west Midlands news. Thank you for replying.
