Hi, I am also having a similar issue. Since switching to Box Broadband/Community Fibre last week (Sky cannot offer FF in my area) I can no longer download catch up or recordings on my Sky Q box. Tech Support ran all the checks yesterday and the equipment etc is fine. However he did mention my IP address was showing as registered in Sweden. It is definitely a UK address and I am not having issues anywhere else. Please can you escalate for me as I am out of contract but cannot consider renewing until this is resolved. Thank you!
