Re: GB New not able to pause or rewind

It's been like this for two days for me.  Also the same on CNN when checking other news channels.  Hope it's fixed soon!

Re: GB New not able to pause or rewind

I have the same issue and have just reported it to viewer relations and I suggested that it is the Sky Ad Smart system that is corrupt and needs fixing

Re: Pause / rewind issue 16/09/25

Had same problem for last couple of days, but it seems only with gbnews. Done the recommended fixes but still same. Infuriating.

Re: GB New not able to pause or rewind

Thank to all that have replied. Does SKY have it in for GBNEWS  ?.

Re: GB New not able to pause or rewind

No, Sky actually handle the advertising on GB News so it's not in their interest to harm it in any way.

Re: GB New not able to pause or rewind

Have the same issue here - again - after a few weeks of working normally. Last couple of days Pause/rewing on GBN fails with message.

This mornining Monday 10th Nov. Other BBC channels and CNN, alliJ etc working fine then went back to GBN 512 and now thats pausing/rewinding normally.

Very strange reoccuring fault..

GB news channel only - unable to pause or rewind live

In the last week have found that if I select GB news channel, my Q box will not let me pause or rewind the live feed.

Some times it suddenly starts to work again and then is fine until I change channel, when I return the fault is back.

I have tried many other channels and every thing is working fine.

If I record the GB news channel and playback it in real time it will work fine but is a very messey solution.

Any ideas?
