I wouldn't risk it via Amazon prime as the network via Amazon is known to lag especially live performances

Will Fury Vs Usyk be broadcast in UHD 4K or would I be paying £25 to watch in 1080p from 15 years ago? 🙂

Typically the responsibility for that would be between the promotors, the venue, the local company employed to do the video capture and processing (which isn't necessarily straightforward in real time) and the worldwide distributors. While UHD may enhance the customer experience, it also puts extra strain, and therefore potential unreliability, onto the whole process, and those involved may prefer to play it safe with the lower resolution.
