Frustrated with sky. Hard to speak to an advisor

We have a large property and one end of the property which houses my mother in law who has dementia cannot watch tv as the WiFi signal strength is not good enough.
an engineer will call out and sort it and the next day it will go again. They have fitted the latest sky q boxes and routers but it is still no good.
as we have two phone lines on and it is a massive property we want to set up a whole new 2nd account and broadband in plus new tv package just for her. However I can't seem to find any way to do this online (the webpage keeps failing) or by any of Sky's telephone numbers.
you'd never think it was so hard to give them money!!

You would only be able to do that if your mother in law's area of the property has it's own Postal address.

@Joannelowarth

As @oj01 indicates, Q is limited to one installation of a single main box and up to four Mini boxes (two in simultaneous use) at any individual postal address: 'phone lines' don't come into it, and Sky typically doesn't make exceptions.

Unfortunately you'll find the same limitation with the Glass/Stream platform, although those permit up to nine viewing points on the distribution.

The best way to run a Q Mini at a distance from the main box is over ethernet cable.
