Sky are monitoring and do pass on issues from the community to the relevant teams.

We have, as Superusers flagged to Sky issues with the Sky Sports+ concept early on from its start and through the last month. They have been read and acknowledged..

If you see issues, post on here the match, so others can also check and confirm, plus as I said also report to VR.

I have also flagged todays issue with the Mansfield match.

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

Just adding my complaint.  This has happened multiple games for me and currently watching chelsea vs villa. Freezing and picture jumping.  Match is pointless to watch. Fuming .

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

Happening for me on the Chelsea vs Southampton match. Others working fine.

It's a joke that it's been happening so long and no resolutions

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

Had similar problem with Sky sports live footy mainly . Mini box in outbuilding (too far for WiFi connection ) connected via Ethernet cable to sky q  box in house . Picture cuts  out randomly for few seconds then reappears no consistency at all . Although just watched live some footy through same mini box in outbuilding on Amazon prime through sky app not one cut out of picture .?!!  Internet is quick at 500 mb in house and 90mb/sec in outbuilding frustrating . Not sure what to do ?!

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

I have had a problem with Sky Sports for 2 months. Picture lagging then catching up. Poor and for the money we are paying.

First, I thought it was a newly bought TV that was the problem took that back and purschased another make of TV because of the problem. Exact same problem with new TV. Football is lagging then catches up. So noticable. Come on Sky, enough compaints on here having the same issue, you need to sort this!

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

Having similar issues, Arsenal game last night buffering, I tried both of my Sky Stream boxes in different rooms and on HD and Ultra channels. Never have an issue when watching live football on TNT or Amazon in Ultra HD on the TV apps just always sky sports. I have found that rewinding a bit sometimes helps which is not great for live sports. Either the cloud tech or boxes are not good enough.

Re: Freezing/buffering on Sky Sports +

Think problem resolved now doesn't cut out on footy anymore .
mini box with issue was fair  way  from main Sky Q box connection it is connected via Ethernet cable rather than wireless .

A few things going on where Mini box is projector pc games consoles hence some hdmi splitter boxes involved in connections . Swapped out one of these splitter boxes (Lindy) for another make and no more loss of pic from Sky mini feed  !!
Not sure if the original splitter box was faulty or just didn't like that make !
Hope get to bottom of your issue .
