"I wonder if sky glass/stream suffer the same problems?"
Yes and more. We get the same response from Sky "You are the only one" and "it's not a known issue" bring their favourite catchphrases from the script they parrot

I filled in the online form on 29 August and haven't had a response. Has anyone filled it in and had a response?

No response to my completed form as of yet!
also to the person asking if the issue is with Sky Glass too. Yes it is! 😞

I sent complaint email and I got a response within 3 days saying they were investigating the matter and would get back to me. I completed the form after submitting complaint and I believe that was just to ascertain what problems individuals had experienced.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi @Spaving23 and @Hannah317,
I just wanted to confirm the form is for me to feedback to the support teams your reports of buffering on individual streams, it's not linked to your Sky account in any way so you will not be contacted on the back of filling it out.
I share these examples daily 🙂

Many people including myself have complained about freezing and buffering. Tinight In my case this evening that aspect has gone but the motion looks awful. I've switched to a couple more feeds but they are just as bad. I'm referring to efl trophy Gillingham v Peterborogh. This ha been poor since the word go. Shame on you sky for releasing such an inferior service. Look at discovery+ achievements you are complete amateurs in comparison. I wish there was a body who could kick you out for offering such an inferior product and give it to someone who knows what they are doing. Before sky say submit a form its already done not that I have any confidence it will make any difference. Rant over.

I'm sure you mean well by moving my post to "freezing and buffering". However that was not the issue that I was reporting it was the awful motion of the picture. I haven't seen any other posts referring to this so maybe it should have been left where it was to see if others are having the same issue. Thank you for referring me to the form but had you cared to read my post to the end you would have seen i'd already done that.
