Free sky cinema for 2 months after faulty router

Yesterday 16/08/24 I called sky after suffering a sky router fault for a number of weeks. After organising a replacement router the call handler gave me 2 months sky cinema for free. As of this morning still no sky cinema, so I called sky and explained what had happened and that I have emails confirming the free offer and it was still not working. Still nothing. I've unplugged the box and restarted, still nothing

Just to note, such 'free' offers usually turn into a paid subscription after the free period.  Indeed, you have to give 31 days notice to cancel them.

Oh yes you should get it soon. I don't think he was that interested to be honest
