Yesterday 16/08/24 I called sky after suffering a sky router fault for a number of weeks. After organising a replacement router the call handler gave me 2 months sky cinema for free. As of this morning still no sky cinema, so I called sky and explained what had happened and that I have emails confirming the free offer and it was still not working. Still nothing. I've unplugged the box and restarted, still nothing
