Free a replacement of Sky Q Hub 1 TB or 2TB?

I've received an email from Sky telling me that I need to either replace my Sky Q Hub  or alternatively upgrade its software (I assume I've interpreted this correctly) Reason being that at the end of this year my current setup will not be supported. Looks like an easy process to request a replacement except that I can't see any reference to the storage capacity that will be supplied. My current Sky Q Hub is 2TB and the standard one is 1TB so just wondering what Sky will supply? Will they automatically pick this information up from their records and send me 2TB or just send a standard 1TB?  Might need a phone call to Sky but I can't see that I'm alone, so some information on the ordering link would have been useful.

Any advice welcome 🙂

@Debal

It's the Sky Q broadband hub not the Sky Q box.

Thanks Daniel, I was getting confused by the illustration in the link they provided as it looked like my Sky Q Box rather than my existing hub (router?). Anyway I'll now place an order for the free hub replacement. Thanks for your help much appreciated👍🏻

The Q Hub and main Q television box were designed to look very similar back before launch in 2016, presumably as a brand identity thing.  Sky also needs to swap out all router models earlier than the Q Hub.

Thanks Tim, yes I was just confused by the device case as my existing Sky Q Box and hub are of  completely different appearance....the new hub is similar shape to the box as you say.
