Try the last four digits of your viewing card.

This number can be found via the remote:    Home >>>> Settings >>> System info

Apparently Sky device pin is not the same as Sky tv pin @Doc5907 unless you are connected to the Sky Q box then the pin is the same unless you are out and about then you need to use the Sky device pin.

 you can also reset it via Sky Go app from the link
