For the last two days I’ve had a message on my screen’Software update step 1 of 2’

I have had a message on my screen for two days now.; 'Spftware update step 1 of 2'. The light on the box flickers between amber & red. I have turned of at the wall unplugged everything  to restart but same thing appears.

@Domrupmac  Afe you sure that'sa  Sky Q message as Sky Q doen't normally display such messages.

 

Personally I thinkl it's your TV showing the message software update and the only way to get rid of is  to use the TV's own remote and do the software update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
