For the last 7 days my tv guide is saying waiting for tv schedule

Having a problem for the last 7 days on my tv guide is saying waiting for tv schedule so no listings come up 

how do I put this right or is anyone else got that problem

Yes I have rebooted it all the time everything else works but not that

Try rebooting your broadband router as well.
