For all Radio Channels a no satellite signal is reported.

For all Radio Channels a no satellite signal is reported. All tv channels are working.

Many thanks for your reply. I found the issue almost by chance. I noticed that Channel 5  was also showing as no satellite signal. So decided to check the two satellite cables that plug into the Sky Q main box. One of these was loose. On tightening this the radio chanels and also Channel 5 sprung back into life. Interestingly it made no difference to the signal status which remained.

Signal Strenght           60

Signal Quality               90

LNB type                        Wideband

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company, not Sky.
