For 3 weeks now every time I try to Watch a catch up or recorded programme a message comes up sayh

Every time I try to watch a recorded or catch up programme I get message saying it can't be downloaded due tk tecnical issues .. have tried rebooting  and anything else suggested ..

Can you clarify your issues.

Only Catch and On Demand is downloaded.   Recordings are not.

Is you issue only with downloads?
