First my sky sound started stuttering so I read on google to do a reset but that hasn’t helped

Although It may not help, please may I suggest you do a power down restart of your TV or Sound System (or possibly both if you use a sound bar or Amp)

I think that worked but I'm not sure if it was because my son was downloading the latest call of duty
