Films on Sky Cinema will not download to Sky QBox

Every time I try to download a film on Sky Cinema to my Sky Q box, it fails due to a "technical issue and says try again later

Hi @DerekPretty Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

What broadband provider are you on?

Try swtting your DNS to 1.1.1.1 onth Q box. Sometimes helps with the ad insertion service. Might do no good at all.

Went on to the telephone help. After trying lots of different things I was told to do a Hardware reset. Sky Cinema now working but I have lost all of my recordings. We got there in the end but it took 45 minutes on the phone. Thanks for the advice either way.
