is there a number someone can provide me with to speak with an actual person?

If you still need to speak to Sky then from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free) or alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

I've been without any satellite signal on both my boxes for the last 7 weeks but finally managed to speak with someone last weekend who said the earliest an engineer can come out in the 2/1/2025.
one since been looking at other companies and I want to speak with someone about changing the package, price or just cancelling the entire subscription. Being a member for the last 13 years I'm not happy with the service. After finding a supplier £70 a moth cheaper, I want to discuss my best options

There has been a huge surge of dish issues following last week's storm - thus the delays.
You can ask for a credit once the issue is fixed but that may only cover the period from when you reported the issue.
It's unlikely Sky will be able beat (or even match) a new customer offer from a competitor.

It's in post #2 like he said. If we post a whole phone number here it gets censored but he said there where to find it.
7 weeks is wild. Personally I'd be tempted by the £70 cheaper offer. Sky won'
