Failure of download - location check failed.

Hello,

I have changed to full fibre and now I am getting the message topic: Failure of download - location check failed. I cannot understand why as I Have not moved or done anything different. I have contacted my ISP but they do not seem to be able to help. After reading through a few comments on these boards I have noticed this is a bit of a sky issue. 
please help as I'm going nuts trying to sort it.
