Failing to connect my sky box and TV. It's saying I'm connected but I cannot finish the set up.

Hi @Bibido

Sounds like the issue is with your Q remote control.

Try resetting your remote to infrared.  In this mode it will operate all Q boxes in line of sight.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's LED flashes four times.

Then make sure that you are pointing the remote directly at the Q box and see if you can continue.

If this works you will need to pair the remote with the Q box once it is working.

With the Q box on with green led try  make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
