Failed location check, unable to use “On demand” or “Catch up TV”

I'm starting to get frustrated by this problem of correct IP addresses 😡

 

I have third party broadband and SKY Q and each time I want to watch something on by downloading I have this message 

"Failed, Location check failed"

 

Has anyone have an idea of how to fix this??

As mentioned in artcicle below in the Sky help article;
OSM Location Check Failed | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

You are either using a VPN on your network that is not providing a true UK ip address set.
Or your ISP may have given you an ip address in a range that is not based in the UK. 

If you have a VPN on your network, you will need to disable it or contact your broaband provider re the non UK based provided IP address.
