Failed, item unavailable (Alone: Frozen)

I am trying to download S1:E2 of Alone: Frozen but get "Failed, item unavailable". I can download E1 and E3 without any issues in SD (I don't have HD). I've tried clearing deleted items, resetting the Sky Q box and trying downloading through the Sky Go App but nothing works. 

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I've just tried on my parents Sky Q box and the same thing happens, so must be an issue with the programme, not my box.
