F1 pixelated live and on recordings.

Recently upgraded Sky package to include F1. Not HD. Watching live TV and watching recordings is horrendous. The picture is distorted and pixelated. I've tried the usual unplugging. Signal strength is 90. This channel and the music channels seem to have the same problem. Can anyone help?

it sounds like the dish may be slightly out of alignment. 

 

The Signal Strength guide on Q is misleading as it only shows the default transponder & not the channel you are watching
