F1 channel 406 isn't working , says an issue with satellite signal but other channels are working

Channel 406 does not work , shows there is a satellite signal issue but other channels work OK. I have tried rebooting my Sky Q box several times but still cannot get Channel 406 for the F1.

Sounds like you've got an issue with your satellite signal. It is quite possible for only 1 or a few channels to be affected by  your dish being slightly out alignment

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
