F1 UHD recording disappeared after part watched

This is the second time in 2 months that I have recorded qualifying in UHD for F1, I have started watching it, got partway though and had to stop. Exited the recording and turned off sky, come back the next day to watch it and the recording has totally disappeared, not even in deleted section. 

The recording was fully completed when I started to watch it. Storage capacity was not an issue. No idea why this is occuring. Frustrating as I pay for UHD and if you dont get the recording, there is no way to watch it back in UHD as you can only download HD versions.

I've had exactly the same today, Qualifying was all set to record but didn't and I had to stop halfway through the race, was definitely recording when I stopped watching but came back and it's gone, nothing in deleted. So frustrating given I'm paying a lot each month to watch something!

Happened today for me part watched the race stopped to go about my day now it's gone !

I missed it this morning but not too fussed as it's repeated throughout the day hopefully should be able to watch the 8PM offering on channel 406
