Yes.... soon as Mario and DK come out if the water after falling on rainbow road, the sound goes and just get a crackling sound

Did anyone get a fix for the sound issue on Super Mario Bros on Sky Cinema?

In reference to the sound going off in Super Mario Bros 1hr in, tried deleting and re downloading, tried changing picture settings, resetting box, all the usual stuff, just wondering if anyone else had found a fix?

Not until Sky fix the source, no.

Yes, we are having the same problem today, at 59 minutes into the movie all sound is lost no matter what I try! Very disappointed kids!

I have No Sound At All from the beginning of the movie but Aufio works perfectly fine once I go back !!

Hi all,

 

Just to confirm the audio issue halfway through the Mario Movie has been confirmed now to be resolved.  If users are experiencing this specific issue still on Sky Q, please try deleting the file from your recordings and your deleted section and redownloading.
