Existing Customer switching from Sky HD+ to Sky Q

Hi.

 

I am an existing Sky customer with a Sky HD+ box, and I want to know what the cost of a straight swap to Sky Q box will be.

I do not want any extra packages or services.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

Usually it's free to upgrade but be warned there's no option to set a reminder for upcoming programs amongst other differences.
