Everytime i turn my new SKY Q box on i get static/poor signal - from the new HDMI cable -

i then blow on the HDMI CABLE END and TV Port and its ok, but when i turn off TV and turn on again the next day ...its starts all over ahgain. What can i do to eliminate the 'Static?
