Every time i click on reset password link for paramout plus it takes me to website and asks me to lo

The paramount plus reset password link takes me to website ,it then asks me to log in with password that I have forgotten, click on forgot password again, receive another email link and it does same again. Just going round in a loop.appreciate any suggestions.

Are you putting your ParamountPlus login Email in on the sign in screen before you press

And you are sure it is the email you used to activate Par+ and not your Sky Email?

Hi I have tried 2 email addresses I have but same thing happens each time
