Every time I with the sky box on it has lost its connection to the wi fi router,

Every time i switch the q box on it has lost its connection to the router. The 14 digit password takes ages to enter and it is bcoming a pain in the proverbial. Why does it not memorise the password and ask for it every time i turn it on.
