Every evening from 9pm onwards we lose connection to wifi and have to reset sky q box or switch off
Every evening from 9pm onwards we lose wifi connection and need to reset the skyQ box or router to re-establish connection

Hi @MICKMCGLENBROOK Only guessing, but do you have parental controls set up on your router? 9pm Watershed time may be a coincidence.

If it isn't parental controls, check the DHCP server lease time in your router - if it's set to 24 hours, the lease would run out same time every night, and need renewing (which would be fixed by resetting either router or sky box, as it would then force a new DHCP address and reset the lease to another 24 hours).
Can't tell you exactly how without checking your router manual, but if you look for "DHCP server" in your router setup, and look for a "lease time" setting, you can then set it to a much bigger value - say a week or so. Its a security feature for your network, and a way for it to clear unused DHCP addresses so they can be reassigned.
