Every evening for the last week I lose my satellite signal and I have to reboot the whole system eve

Lose signal every night about 10. To get it working I have to go outside and touch the dish (as if I'm earthing it) come in, unplug everything and then watch something I've recorded previously- about 20 minutes later my signal comes back

Firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Hi @Technophobe1957

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
