Every evening at around 9.30pm I get an onscreen message saying 'You will be ready to go in a couple of minutes, Your screen will shortly go blank, do not switch off. The Sky then goes blank and repeats this message about 4 or 5 times until it seems to reset itself, all in all it takes between 5-10mins and spoils anything we are watching!
