Over the last couple of days have had lots of issues with my Sky Max Hub, mainly when disabling 5GhZ to connect smart devices and devices not reconnecting when re-enabled but the one I didn't think possible was looking at settings on my Sky Q with its wired connection has a completely different Sky Broadband named than mine
